Eligibility for Returns

The item is in its original condition, unworn, and free from any damage or alterations.

The product is returned within the specified return period, which is typically  a week from the date of delivery.

The item was purchased directly from our website or an authorized Tailored 4U Suiting retailer. For purchases made through third-party sellers, please refer to their respective return policies.

Return Process

  • Contact Customer Support:Reach out to our customer support team within the specified return period. Provide your order details and reason for the return. Our customer support representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).

 

  • Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents that were included with the product. Enclose a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.

 

  • Return Shipment: Use a reputable shipping carrier and consider insuring the package for its full value. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the returned item. The shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

  • Return Authorization Number: Clearly write the provided return authorization number (RMA) on the outside of the package. This will help us identify and process your return more efficiently.

  •  Standard-sized Suits: If you have ordered a standard-sized suit with no customization or alterations, our standard return policy applies. Please refer to our general Return Policy for more information.
  • Customized Suits: As customized suits are specially tailoredto your measurements and preferences, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless there are manufacturing defects or errors on our part. We take great care to ensure the accuracy of measurements and specifications during the customization process.
 
Manufacturing Defects or Errors:
  •  If your customized suit arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving your order and provide detailed information and supporting evidence, such as photographs, to support your claim.
  •  Our customer service team will review your case and, if the defect or error is verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. This may include providing a replacement suit, alterations, or issuing a refund at our discretion.
 
Accurate Measurement Submission:
  • Customized suits require accurate measurements to ensure the desired fit. It is essential to carefully follow our measurement guidelines and instructions when submitting your measurements. Any inaccuracies in measurements provided by the customer may affect the fit of the suit.
 
  • We are not responsible for fitting issues or dissatisfaction resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer. It is crucial to double-check and verify all measurements before submitting them for customization.
 
Alterations:
  • In some cases, minor alterations may be necessary to achieve the desired fit of your customized suit. We offer a complimentary alteration service for minor adjustments to address fit issues that do not require substantial modifications.
  •  If alterations are required, please contact our customer service team to discuss the necessary adjustments. We may request additional information or measurements to ensure a proper evaluation and provide guidance on alterations.
 
Return Process:
  •  If you believe your customized suit qualifies for a return due to manufacturing defects or errors, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The suit must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging, to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
